Salary: €40,000 - €45,000, depending on experience
Location: Breakthrough Cancer Research's head office is in Cork City – Glenlee, Western Rd, Mardyke, Cork, T12 F9XD. Flexibility will be required to travel regionally and nationally as required. Access to a car and a full driving licence is essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Breakthrough Cancer Research are currently looking for a Community and Events Fundraiser to join their small yet dynamic growing team. This role will be based in their head office in Cork and will report directly to the Fundraising Manager.
Community and events fundraising is a vital part of how funds are raised for Breakthrough Cancer Research. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the successful candidate will recruit, coordinate, and oversee community volunteer fundraising throughout their national flag day collections and a variety of both in-person and virtual events such as marathons, mini-marathons, sponsored cycles, hikes as well as ad hoc events and fundraisers organised in the community.
