Salary:   €68,000 - 75,000 per annum.

Employment: Full-time, 35 hours.

Contract: Initial 1-year contract, with a view to extension to 3 years, subject to funding.

Location: Hybrid – remote and office-based, Dublin D07.

One in Four is a charity, dedicated to ending the trauma of child sexual abuse whilst passionately and professionally committed to supporting survivors.  With extensive experience and expertise in this field, the organisation provides life-changing psychotherapy and advocacy services whilst actively engaging with policymakers to influence legislation and change.

In collaboration with key stakeholders, One in Four is now spearheading the establishment of a National Child Safety Task Force to drive substantial progress in addressing child sexual abuse in Ireland.   

About the role

To support this vital work, One in Four is seeking to appoint a National Child Safety Task Force Coordinator.  This rare and exciting opportunity will be pivotal in driving One in Four’s mission to address sexual violence against children and its impact on survivors and society.   The role will provide essential support to the Task Force, through engaging and enabling key expert working groups and developing a 5 Year Strategic Plan.

To fulfil this role, the charity is seeking an experienced campaign or project manager with a proven track record in social change projects. The successful candidate will bring a good understanding of child sexual abuse and the child protection policy landscape as well as a track record in building effective, impactful partnerships that achieve change.

You will also be a compelling communicator, capable of building effective coalitions to achieve long-lasting social impact whilst passionate and committed to achieving the Task Force's goals.  You may have gained such experience in the not-for-profit sector, civil society, the public or private sectors or academia or via a combination of these settings.
